Commissioners Court Representative: Dana Macalik

Commissioner Macalik was elected to the Rockwall County Commissioners Court, Precinct 2, in November 2022, effective January 1, 2023. A fifth-generation resident, her family settled in Heath in the late 1880s. She's continued to live in Rockwall County most of her life, graduating from Rockwall High School in 1980. She graduated from Sam Houston State University with a BBA in general business marketing and Loyola University Institute with an Operational Management concentration in Administration.

Commissioner Macalik serves as the Commissioners Court representative for the Rockwall County Strategic Plan 2050 project. Regarding this engagement process, the Commissioner shares:
